Lalu gejala dari Covid - 19 ini adalah sebagai berikut :






Agar tidak terkena virus corona, ada beberapa makanan yang dipercaya bisa mencegah penularan virus corona.

Jahe

Jahe dikenal dapat menahan daya tahan tubuh manusia. Kandungan polifenol dan gingerol dalam tanaman herbal ini memiliki banyak khasiat. Salah satunya meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Kandungan pada jahe seperti ekspektoran bisa melegakan tenggorokan dan dada. Jadi, jahe sangat cocok untuk menyembuhkan batuk dan flu yang menjadi gejala terjangkit virus corona.


Kunyit

 Lain menjadi bahan bumbu dapur, tanaman ini dapat mengobati penyakit berat seperti kanker. Kunyit dapat meningkatkan imunitas tubuh terhadap virus.

Mengkonsumsi tanaman curcumin ini dipercaya dapat menekan virus corona dalam tubuh.

Temulawak

Temulawak atau Curcuma Xanthorriza, dipercaya sebagai tanaman obat yang mengandung nutrisi dan mineral yang baik untuk kesehatan.

Temulawak memiliki curcumin yang berkhasiat untuk meningkatkan fungsi ginjal dan anti radang.

Temulawak juga mengandung vitamin yang baik untuk meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh.

Sereh
Tanaman sereh memiliki kandungan vitamin B, magnesium, kalium dan zat besi. Sereh mengandung curcumin yang dipercaya dapat dijadikan penangkal virus corona.

Untuk menangkal virus corona dapat mengkonsumsi rutin tanaman ini. Namun, konsumsi sereh tidak boleh berlebihan karena akan berefek buruk.



Sayuran dan Buah

Untuk mencegah virus corona, sayuran dan buah merupakan antioksidan yang bisa meningkatkan sistem imunitas. Mengkonsumsi buah dan sayuran secara rutin merupakan cara yang terbaik untuk menjaga daya tahan tubuh agar tidak sakit.
